Privacy Policy
Information we need
We collect only the information needed to fulfil orders and respond to messages: name, contact details, delivery address and order details. We handle personal data in line with applicable Saudi law and do not sell it.
Payment information
Payments are processed securely by HyperPay using mada cards. We do not see or store full card details.
Browser storage
The site uses local storage in your browser to remember your cart, language and currency choice, and to cache exchange rates for approximate currency displays.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is not currently active. Once optional analytics and a consent banner are introduced, analytics will only load if you consent.
